Zaishu design internships 2010
Zaishu is calling for applications from design students or recent graduates interested in undertaking an internship within their Melbourne studio in 2010.
Applicants must have an academic background in design and/or illustration and skills in graphics and web design. The successful applicants will work at Zaishu’s studio within the Abbotsford Convent. They will be involved in Zaishu’s exhibition and the studio cultural program, brainstorming, product design development, online management of websites/ promotions and have the opportunity to develop industry contacts. They will also have the opportunity to visit Zaishu’s print studio in Yamba in Northern New South Wales.
Internships are offered for negotiable periods of 3 to 6 months with interns working in the studio 2-3 days per week. The first position will begin in February.
This is an unpaid internship but a negotiated travel allowance will be provided.
