The Australia Council’s Skills and Arts Development Residency program supports excellence in the arts by providing professional development opportunities for craftspeople, designers, media artists and visual artists. Applications for Barcelona, Helsinki, Liverpool, London, New York, Paris, Rome and Tokyo are now open for 2012.

Space + Edra 2010 Design Residency

Space Furniture has joined forces with Italian manufacturer Edra, to launch the Space + Edra 2010 Design Residency. The two month programme will place an Australian designer inside the Edra headquarters in Perignano, near Pisa and in Milan, Italy, under the guidance of one of the world’s leading design thinkers, Edra’s Art Director Massimo Morozzi.
