		<description><![CDATA[The individual development funding program supports professional development of independent South Australian artists and designers.

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><a href="http://www.arts.sa.gov.au" target="_blank">Arts SA</a> is accepting grant applications for their individual development funding program. The program supports the professional development of individual, independent artists through master classes and workshops, mentorships, attendance at arts conferences, attachments to arts organisations, undertaking arts residencies, or other activity.</p>
<p>For the purposes of Arts SA funding, visual arts, craft and design is a group of artforms encompassing digital art, painting, drawing, object design, conceptual art, photography, furniture making, post object art, printmaking, textiles and fibre, sculpture, ceramics, installation art, jewellery, public art, curatorial activity, performance art, multi and mixed media, glass, new technologies, electronic art, experimental art, projects incorporating community cultural development practices, ATSI and multicultural visual art, craft and design or new media.</p>
<p>Individual development funding provides up to AUD$3,000 for opportunities within Australia and up to AUD$5,000 for international opportunities.</p>
<p><strong>Applications for the next funding round are due 20 August 2010.  Successful applicants will be notified 22 October 2010.</strong></p>

Applicants must identify the resources, promotion and fees being contributed by the presenters. Funding is not available to cover budgetary shortfalls from other funding applications.</p>
<p><strong>Applications are due 20 August 2010. </strong></p>

<p>Arts NSW administers a range of arts funding opportunities including program and project funding, fellowships, scholarships and awards aimed at encouraging creativity in the arts and fostering a spirited cultural environment for New South Wales.</p>
<p>The closing date for applications for 2011 Program Funding and Performing Arts Touring is <strong>5:00pm Monday 31 May 2010.</strong></p>
<p>The closing date for applications for Project Funding &#8211; Creation and Presentation, Strategic Industry Development and Capital funding is <strong>5:00pm Monday 28 June 2010.</strong></p>

<p>You know you need to have more of a presence online. This is what your customers want and you also know this is how you will find new leads and opportunities. However when you find someone who has built a website you will usually find someone who had a bad experience.</p>
<p>How do you avoid this and do it right? What should you expect to invest in a website and your digital strategy? How do you ensure a good Return on Investment?</p>
<p>In this seminar participants will learn:</p>

- To be able to determine what denotes success<br />
- What you need from your online strategy</p>
